There are many medications that helps with pain, but they do not work the best through the night. I was able to fight my pain, but was still waking up frequently in the night to dreadful pains anytime I lay on my arm the wrong way. I was not used to this type of thing, and did not like not being able to get that deep sleep that I am so accustomed to. I wanted something that would work the pain through the night and put me to sleep. I was not looking to spend too much money and went to a local drugstore to purchase the CVS Ibuprofen PM Coated Caplets. I bought a large

bottle, not knowing how long I would have to take them. I paid about ten dollars for an 80 count bottle of these pills. These pills contained 200 mg of ibuprofen for pain and 38 mg of Diphenhydramine Citrate as a sleep aid. These pills were white and cylinder shaped. They were easy to swallow and slid down my throat with just a tad bit of water.

The recommended dose for CVS Ibuprfen Pm  is no more than two caplets in any 24 hour period. Considering I only sleep at night, that was no problem for me. I took these caplets about an hour before I usually go to bed, to see exactly how they worked. Shockingly the sleep crept up on my very sneakily.

 I Was walking around trying to prepare things for the morning when I just felt the sudden urge to go to sleep. I was very drowsy and could only fight it for about ten more minutes before deciding to go lay down. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I am sure I fell asleep. I do not remember much after that, but did wake up in the morning feeling good from a full night of sleep with not one interruption. I think this is a medication that I could see myself using frequently in the future. I don’t like taking too much of one thing and switch my medicines around. I take these from time to time, and try to save them for when I am really desperate for sleep. This bottle lasts for months because it is not something I take daily. I think that this is a great product for anyone who is losing sleep because of pain. I think that this is something that can be used when you have nothing left to do at the end of the night. I would not take them too much in advanced because they work quickly.
